From January 2022, Melbourne Water are undertaking essential capital works that will affect public access to the Arena and Pumping Station at Scienceworks.

During this time, we are unable to take bookings for any new events held in these spaces. We look forward to hosting events in these spaces again on completion of the works currently scheduled for 2023.

Soaring, exposed ceilings and raw industrial feel, the Boiler House is the ultimate Melbourne Warehouse.

With a sense of curious anticipation, guests enter via a long, moodily lit ramp, emerging into a cavernous space home to two enormous, fully restored boilers. It has a character all of its own, but the Boiler House can also be a perfect blank canvas offering flexibility to play with.
